  • q-iconAre the lesson plans compatible with iPad/iPhone?

Yes! The lesson plans are in PDF format for easy viewing on an iPad or any other tablet.  All you will need is a PDF reader which you can download free from iTunes. The lessons plans are also included as Microsoft Word documents, so if you have a program that can view or edit Word documents, you can use them on your iPad as well. Download the free Microsoft Word app from iTunes. If you don’t have a DropBox account, Click here to get one for free. Make sure DropBox (or whichever application you’re using) is installed on your iPad and then simply open the files from there.

  • q-iconHow many times can I download the lesson plans?

There is a current limit of 5 downloads on each purchase. This is to prevent/cut down on unauthorized sharing. However, if something happens and you need more than 5 downloads, just send me an email and I’ll be happy to help you. I appreciate your honesty!

  • q-iconCan I use them on my CFI checkride?

Absolutely! I get constant feedback from pilots who have used them on their checkrides with success!

  • q-iconCan I edit the lesson plans?

Of Course! I’ve removed my logo from all of the lesson plans. Do whatever you want with them!

  • q-iconWhat is the best way to use the lesson plans?

I’ve designed each lesson plan (totaling over 120) to be as detailed as possible, while still giving the instructor the ability to flow through each lesson without difficulty. You can use them “as-is” immediately after downloading them. However, every CFI teaches differently, and what works best for me or you, may not work the best for someone else. So with that in mind, I strongly recommend that you thoroughly go through each lesson plan and add/remove/edit the information so that you become familiar and comfortable with the format and flow of each one.

  • q-iconAre the lesson plans based on a specific aircraft?

Most of the flight training I’ve conducted has been in Diamond and Cessna aircraft. These are the same aircraft that most flight schools use as well. So this is what the lesson plans reflect. However, it’s very easy to edit and/or customize the aircraft information for your own use.

  • q-iconDo you offer a hard copy binder of the lesson plans?

As of right now, I’m only offering the lesson plans in digital format. The reason is so that you can easily edit and customize them to your needs. By doing so, you will become more familiar and comfortable with them. However, you can also take them to any UPS store (or any of the others), print them, and have them put into a binder.

  • q-iconWhy do your lesson plan packages cost less than other's?

Simple. I could easily charge well over $100.00 for the lesson plans, but I don’t want to drain your wallet.  My goal is simply to provide you, the CFI or CFI Candidate, with quality lesson plans that are immediately ready for use. You are already paying an arm and a leg for your CFI training and I don’t want to add to that.
